Booking Rules
A clear, caring process
Policies before service day.
- Cash or check required after service; $70 bounced-check fee.
- We confirm access, pets, and priorities before service is scheduled.
- Cancellation/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice: $70 late-cancel fee or 50% of job price (whichever is lower).
- Lockout/no-access fee: $70 if crew arrives and cannot access the home.
- No biohazard cleaning.
- Quality check policy: report issues within 24 hours for a free touch-up ("new mess" excluded).
